✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Return or exchange is accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Only size exchanges or defective/damaged item replacements are allowed.
  • Refunds are provided as store credit or replacement onlyno cash refunds.
  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products bought during a clearance sale or with heavy discounts
  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Custom orders or altered garments

🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Our team will arrange a pickup if eligible, or you may be asked to ship the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 working days.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • In case of a wrong or defective item, pickup is free.
  • For size exchanges, a return shipping fee may apply, or you may send it using your preferred courier.
