✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Return or exchange is accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Only size exchanges or defective/damaged item replacements are allowed.
- Refunds are provided as store credit or replacement only – no cash refunds.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products bought during a clearance sale or with heavy discounts
- Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Custom orders or altered garments
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Our team will arrange a pickup if eligible, or you may be asked to ship the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 working days.
🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- In case of a wrong or defective item, pickup is free.
- For size exchanges, a return shipping fee may apply, or you may send it using your preferred courier.
