Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with tags intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Discounted or clearance products

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will issue store credit or a coupon code.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, please send us an email at hello@sulbil.com within 48 hours of delivery.
